AI & Data Handling Notice

We may use AI-assisted tools to support activities such as:

• summarizing notes or submissions;
• drafting internal outlines;
• organizing requirements;
• classifying inquiries;
• assisting with technical research;
• supporting code review or prototyping;
• analyzing workflow patterns;
• helping structure documentation.

AI-assisted outputs are not treated as final authority by default. Solven reviews, evaluates, and exercises human judgment over material outputs before relying on them in deliverables or operational decisions.

Do not submit through ordinary website forms:

• passwords or credentials;
• payment card information;
• full financial account details;
• government-issued identification numbers;
• medical or health records;
• highly sensitive personal information;
• highly sensitive regulated data;
• trade secrets or deeply confidential materials not necessary for an initial inquiry.

If a separate client engagement requires the use of AI-assisted tools in relation to project materials, that use is subject to:

• the client agreement;
• the project scope;
• any written restrictions or approvals agreed between the parties.

Public website submissions are provided so we can evaluate inquiries, respond, and operate the business. They are not provided by you as a blanket license for us to train proprietary AI models on your materials.

Where feasible and appropriate, we prefer configurations and providers intended to reduce unnecessary retention, reuse, or unauthorized disclosure of submitted information. We do not promise zero risk, but we aim to use reasonable judgment in selecting tools and processes.

If a project may involve regulated, restricted, or highly sensitive data, that must be separately discussed and agreed in writing before submission or processing.

We may update this Notice from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
