Existing booking tools were bloated, expensive, and disconnected from how service businesses actually operate. None of them handled the full loop — discovery, booking, confirmation, and follow-up — in a way that felt modern or easy to manage.
Designed and built a unified platform from scratch: calendar-based availability, real-time updates via Supabase subscriptions, guest messaging, and a shared API layer serving both the React Native app and the Next.js admin dashboard.
Working product framework that validated key assumptions about what service businesses need from booking infrastructure. Architecture proved out multi-tenant row-level security at scale. Currently a founder-led product concept with active iteration.
