The Problem

Assessed the ordering workflow and identified the specific friction points. Built a cross-platform mobile app with a clear ordering sequence, real-time status updates, and integrated Stripe payments. Covered the full lifecycle from browsing to delivery confirmation.
The Result
Order processing became faster and more accurate. Phone call volume decreased. Users could independently track order status, estimated delivery, and payment receipts without additional communication.
