A reusable starter framework for launching new product concepts efficiently. Authentication, payments, transactional email, analytics, and deployment — preconfigured and structured for rapid validation. An internal tool, not a public product.
The Problem
Each new product concept required rebuilding the same foundational infrastructure — authentication, billing, email notifications, CI/CD pipelines. That overhead delayed the part that actually matters: testing whether the concept is viable.
The Solution
Created a modular starter with clean separation of concerns. Everything needed for a launch-ready product is included; everything unnecessary is straightforward to remove. Feature flags enable progressive rollout without redeployment.
The Result
New concepts move from idea to deployed product in days rather than weeks. Used internally to bootstrap early versions of Resori and other product concepts. Validated across multiple project launches.
