Resori — Reservation Platform
A reservation and guest experience platform built inside the studio. Handles bookings, real-time availability, and customer communication across mobile and web. Multi-tenant architecture with row-level security — designed for service businesses that need booking infrastructure configured to their operations.
The Problem
Existing booking tools imposed their own workflow. They handled scheduling in isolation, disconnected from the rest of the business operation — and charged premium rates for basic customization. None addressed the full sequence: discovery, booking, confirmation, communication, and follow-up.
The Solution
Assessed the requirements of service businesses that manage reservations daily. Designed and built a unified platform: calendar-based availability with real-time updates via Supabase subscriptions, guest messaging, and a shared API layer serving both the React Native mobile app and the Next.js admin dashboard.
The Result
Working product framework that validated core assumptions about what service businesses need from booking infrastructure. Architecture confirmed multi-tenant row-level security at production scale. Currently a founder-led product with active iteration based on operational feedback.
