Every project that comes through Solven goes through me.
Most projects land here because something is messy, manual, or no longer fits how your business actually works. You send the situation — I look at what's really going on before we discuss build, timeline, or deliverables.
Sending a message doesn't start a project. A project starts when scope is clear, terms are written, and both sides agree. Until then, it's a conversation.
I understand the problem, define scope properly, and build what we agreed to build. If the original idea is weak or pointed in the wrong direction, I'll say that directly instead of forcing a bad build through.
Accurate background, the right access, the right materials, timely approvals, and one person who can make decisions. If those things stall, the project stalls with them.
Anything outside the agreed scope is a change, not a free add-on. If a better direction appears and it benefits both sides, we adjust — but clearly, in writing, with updated scope or fees.
Third-party costs — hosting, domains, APIs, external tools — are yours unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
